Don Moore is a highly experienced and respected sales trainer. He has a background in sales, sales management and sales training in Blue Chip companies such as Grand Met and Courage. Don set up his own training business 10 years ago and works closely with us here at the Sales Training Consultancy. He has a very commited style and has excellent communication skills. Don specialises in sales, sales management and presentation skills. |
Keith Wallace |

Keith Wallace is a senior member of our training team and specialises in Commercial Negotiating at all levels, especially for senior managers and directors. He worked for Haymarket Publishing and BUPA where he become Marketing Director. He then worked at board level within Royal SunAlliance ending up as Commercial Director, prior to setting up his own consultancy business in 1998. He has worked with a wide range of clients including Credit Suisse, Nuffield Group, NOA, Thompson Financial, Royal Liver, First Choice. Keith is very experienced in giving one on one coaching to Directors and Senior Managers. |

Colette Johnson has been a professional Sales Training Consultant since 1993 and brings to the Sales Training Consultancy expertise and a wealth of experience working with major organisations. Colette has wide experience in recruiting, training and developing people who sell by telephone. In 1994 Colette worked at Legal & General Direct in a senior management position, establishing the call centre and recruiting the staff. Colette’s sales training programmes focus on winning and keeping customers, with the emphasis on learning relevant skills that can easily be transferred from the training room to the workplace. Quantifiable improvements in performance can be evaluated as a result of Colette’s training programmes, meaning that bottom line results can be measured. She has a Certificate in Management from Reading University, the IPD Diploma in Training and Development from Thames Valley University and is a fully qualified NLP Practitioner. Clients she has worked with include American Express Travel, Going Places Direct, Thames Water, Diners Club, Bank of Cyprus, Lloyds of London, Legal and General, WPA, Cornhill, Nationwide Building Society, American Express, Sage Software, British Telecom, Vodafone and many others. |
