Profile Form

The following exercise is designed to elicit your operating patterns at work. When you complete the exercise you will be given a profile, which will outline your preferred operating patterns. You can then compare this with the work that you do to check how compatible the two are.

Read the statement or question and decide quickly whether it is very like you or not at all like you on a sliding scale of five going from left to right. Work you way through the form and click on the 'Create Profile' button at the bottom to view you profile. You can then e-mail your profile to a colleage or to yourself as a record.
